The SkyTab™ 1100 is a 10.4 inch portable, powerful Class 2 Electronic Flight Bag featuring advanced flight deck management capabilities supporting a wide variety of applications. Ruggedized for the harshest environments, this versatile unit is designed to withstand the special conditions of the flight deck. A sunlight viewable display provides superb lighting for all environments with brightness intensity greater than 800 nits and dimmable to less than 1 nit. The SkyTab™ 1100 was designed to with-stand a 3 foot drop to concrete from 26 directions and has passed DO-160 Radiated RF EMI testing.

The SkyTab 1100 was designed as a single LRU to greatly reduce maintenance costs and increase reliability. The SkyTab 1100 operates with only ambient air cooling without the need for a cooling fan, no noise and better reliability and is designed to operate directly from aircraft DC power. The SkyTab 1100’s super sensitive touch screen makes EFB operation possible without the need for a stylus.

The SkyTab 1100 was designed to support several mounting options including articulated sidewall arms and sliding window mounts. With a 37 pin connector that can be customized to suit a wide array of cabling options the SkyTab 1100 supports a variety of aircraft data interfaces, including Ethernet, ARINC 429, RS 422, RS 232, and USB data interfaces all through one quick disconnect connector, making installation and removal a breeze.
