Utilizing the 1.6 Ghz Atom processor and 1GB of RAM the SkyTab 1350 runs Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC operating system and can be used to display charts, weather and interactive checklists all in a compact (7.9” x 9.6” x 0.8”) package that weighs only 1.9 lbs. It’s 8.4” enhanced outdoor touch screen is viewable in direct sunlight but can be easily dimmed for viewing at night.

Now as an added bonus, the SkyTab 1350 also comes with our FliControl Executive Edition application suite pre-installed at no extra charge. FliControl Executive Edition provides an intuitive, touch-screen friendly main menu, document viewer and electronic check list functionality all tightly integrated. Pilots can seamlessly transition to electronic charts, checklists, documents and even satellite weather. FliControl Executive’s unique “Night Mode” provides an alternative application “skin” allowing for better nighttime viewing without the loss of contrast experienced with typical hardware or software dimming.

There is no need to sacrifice performance for size, the SkyTab 1350 has integrated Bluetooth and Wireless along with a USB 2.0 and PCMCIA slot for connectivity to any hardware or wireless device a pilot might need. The 8.4” screen has a resolution of 800x600 and does not require a stylus to use.
